1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Dealer or as an individual seller on the Dzzel platform ("Platform"), or by otherwise browsing, searching or using any feature of the Platform as a buyer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Dzzel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Account & Registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Dzzel may verify your identity and business details through KYC documents, and may verify a listed vehicle's details as described in Section 3B. Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms will be suspended or permanently removed.

3. Seller Obligations (Dealers & Individual Sellers)

As a registered Dealer or as an individual seller listing your own vehicle, you agree to:

• List only vehicles that you legally own or have the authority to sell.
• Provide accurate vehicle information including registration number, condition, odometer reading, ownership history and pricing.
• Respond to buyer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Motor Vehicles Act and Consumer Protection Act.
• Not list stolen, seized, or encumbered vehicles.

An individual seller may list vehicles they personally own, in their personal capacity and not as a trade or business activity. Dzzel may limit the number or frequency of listings from an individual seller account and, if such use appears to be commercial in nature, may require the account to register as a Dealer instead.

3A. Buyer Terms

Buyers may browse listings, contact sellers, and use the RTO Report feature (see Section 3B) where a seller has opted in. Any vehicle registration, insurance, hypothecation, fitness or PUC information shown to you as a buyer is sourced from Government records and/or licensed third-party verification providers, is provided for informational purposes only, and is not a substitute for your own independent inspection and legal/document verification before purchase. Dzzel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of this data and is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, any transaction between a buyer and a seller.

3B. Vehicle Registration Verification & Consent

When you (as a Dealer or individual seller) submit a vehicle's registration ("RC") number to create or publish a listing, you confirm that the RC number provided by you is correct and expressly consent to and authorise Dzzel to retrieve and verify the vehicle's registration and status information from Vahan/Parivahan or other authorised government data sources, either directly or through Dzzel's authorised third-party RC-verification service providers engaged from time to time. Such verification is carried out for the purposes of vehicle listing verification, fraud prevention, and maintaining the integrity and safety of the Platform. Submitting an RC number and proceeding with the listing constitutes your consent to such verification, which may also be captured through an on-screen confirmation at the time of listing.

Separately, you may opt in — per listing, or account-wide if you are a Dealer — to let buyers view a limited, vehicle-only summary of this verification data (such as registration, insurance, hypothecation/finance, fitness and PUC status) directly on the Platform ("RTO Report"). This opt-in is off by default. Dzzel does not display any owner-identifying information (name, address, father's/husband's name, or similar) obtained through this verification to buyers, whether or not you opt in.

You acknowledge that this verification data originates from Government records and third-party providers; Dzzel is an intermediary in retrieving and displaying it, does not create or control the underlying data, and disclaims liability for its accuracy as set out in Section 7.

4. Listings & QR Codes

Vehicle listings are subject to admin review and approval before appearing publicly. Dzzel reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform policies or applicable law. QR codes generated by the Platform are tied to your account and the specific vehicle listing; misuse is prohibited. Listing limits for Dealers apply based on the active subscription plan; listing limits for individual sellers are set out on the "Sell on Dzzel" page.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. All subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay on the Dzzel website. The Dzzel mobile app does not support in-app purchases. You agree to the payment terms displayed at the time of subscription. Dzzel reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of premium features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of Capitage Global (OPC) Private Limited and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. You grant Dzzel a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your vehicle listings and dealer profile on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dzzel provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Dzzel is a technology intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between sellers (Dealers or individual sellers) and buyers. Vehicle registration and RTO Report data displayed on the Platform is sourced from Government records and third-party verification providers; Dzzel does not independently verify this data and disclaims liability for any inaccuracy, delay or unavailability in it.

8. Termination

Dzzel may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time; however, active listings may remain visible until the end of your subscription period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
